About David Wang

David Wang is an experienced Product Leader with over 17 years of global product experience across start-ups, scale-ups, and corporates. He is currently the Founder of Product Academy, where he has taught more than 4,000 students worldwide with General Assembly, Harvard Innovation Labs, and Melbourne Business School. Dave has a proven track record of helping countless students get job offers and promotions in Product Management.

Before founding Product Academy, Dave worked as the Group Product Manager at Linktree, where he coached and managed a team of excellent Product Managers across the US and AU. He has built products for some of the biggest household brands, including CommBank, Expedia, Airtasker, and Westfield Australia. Dave has also founded multiple start-ups such as a tutoring marketplace – Begyn, and a book summary site, 5-minute-knowledge.
