After running the small web agency Inventive Labs in the 2000s and the acquisition of their ebook product Bookish by global library ebook leader OverDrive, Virginia has followed her nose through product roles in early-stage startups, including five years at Australian unicorn Culture Amp. She is now Head of Product at EQL, a platform that helps wildly popular brands launch their most in-demand consumer products.
