About Andreas Marmaras

Andreas was born and raised in Greece where he served in the Air Force as a radar and electromagnetic engineer. After a period in Athens, he lived in London for 5 years before spending some time in the US and subsequently settling in Sydney, where he has been for the past 10 years. Throughout his career he has established and led teams in multiple locations, including New York, Nashville, London, Belgrade, Colombo, Hyderabad and several more.

Andreas has 20 years of experience in Product, Tech and Data, spanning multiple industries and company sizes. Before Domain, he held CPO/CPTO positions in scaleups such as Different, Shippit, and Campaign Monitor, where he played a key role in driving rapid global expansion. Andreas is deeply passionate about fostering growth through high-performing, outcome-driven teams, and believes teams should have fun while at it.

On a personal note, Andreas is a proud father of two children aged 5 and 7. He devotes much of his free time to creating beautiful memories for them. He also enjoys sports, chess and various forms of trading and investing.

About Benjamin F. Wirtz

With 8 years of experience in building companies and leading teams in Product, Design and Engineering, Benjamin F. Wirtz has helped numerous people in tech become accomplished leaders in their own right. He has learned from world class leaders at organisations such as Google and Atlassian, as well as many established coaches and executives.

While sharing his strategies and processes of building products that generated over $100,000,000, he recognised the pressure on Tech teams and their Leaders to excel without adequate support.

Based on his experience of working with over 50 leadership teams at over 50 Tech companies, he crafted the Scalable Leader program, addressing the challenges that tend to overwhelm Leaders in Tech during their leadership transition and growth.
